And there's more. Found this on a newsgroup...
From The Age (reproduced without permission):
The ABA [...] decided that "Agro's Cartoon Connection" encouraged
small children to perform dangerous acts.
In fairness, children were actually subverted by Crikey the Clown,
whose "It's Crikey" segment is to be dropped from the show.
The offensive episode was screened on 24 May last year. "In the
segment, Crikey the Clown used a long pole with a plate fixed at one
end to transfer cards to another vehicle," the authority said.
It ruled the pole and the plate a "dangerous plaything" and banned
it under the industry's code of conduct.
Not that Agro was faultless. The ABA also found that the show's star
was at fault. "A hosted segment of the program broadcast on 19 February
1997 which featured Teresa hitting Agro three times on the head with a
hammer did not meet the requirements of the code," the authority said.
